Will Project-Masters provide interim project staffing?

Yes, we'll willingly assist in whatever manner best suits your needs - and, supplemented by our observations regarding any relevant alternatives and solutions.

How are Project-Masters' fees computed (fixed price, time and materials, cost-plus, etc.)?

We are flexible and will fully consider your preferences.

Why shouldn't I assign the responsibility of project management to one of my staff?

No reason not to, if; 1) that individual's ongoing responsibilities can be addressed by someone else while he/she is managing the project, 2) the individual is fully cognizant of the available management systems and tools, and 3) has successfully managed projects of similar size and complexity. If not, we strongly suggest your consideration of us supplemental assistance,  at least until such time the project is fully defined, planned and in progress.
